Toronto, Canada – Sigma Systems, a provider of service management solutions for broadband operators, released its Sigma Voice Service Management Suite, 2.3, this week.

“The Voice Service Management Suite and its ongoing product enhancements stem from our extensive hands- on telephony deployment experience, and direct input from our customers – major international cable operators,” said Tim Spencer, President and COO, Sigma Systems.

“As the global leader in cable broadband service management, our solutions help operators automate operations and rapidly deploy voice services, while capitalizing on their significant infrastructure investments. Our deep customer relationships, as well as standards bodies like the IETF, PacketCable(tm) and IPCableCom(tm) will continue to play significant roles in the solution’s ongoing evolution,” Spencer said.

The Voice Service Management Suite empowers cable operators to cost-effectively create, configure and automatically provision VoIP services to their customer base, increasingly dependant on broadband services. Built on the Sigma Service Management Platform, it was designed to reduce deployment risks as it is configured, integrated and tested with leading equipment manufacturers, and proven by numerous deployments at tier-one cable operators.
