Anthropic announced two major additions to its Claude Partner Network on Wednesday: a tiered Services Track and a new Claude Partner Hub, both designed to help enterprises identify qualified partners to deploy and manage Claude-powered AI systems.
The move builds on the Claude Partner Network, launched in March, which Anthropic backed with a $100 million investment to cover partner training, technical support, and co-marketing initiatives.
According to the company, more than 40,000 firms have applied to join the network since its launch, while over 10,000 consultants have earned Claude certifications through the Anthropic Partner Academy.
Three tiers based on real-world deployments
The new Services Track introduces three levels of recognition based on measurable deployment experience rather than company size.
The entry-level Select tier requires at least 10 active Claude-certified professionals, two customers running Claude in production during the previous 12 months, and one public customer success story.
The Preferred tier raises those requirements to 100 certified practitioners, 15 production deployments, and three public customer references.
“Being designated as a Preferred Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network formalizes something Caylent has been building toward since day one of our relationship with Anthropic,” Jason Cutler, SVP, Anthropic Consulting & Engineering at Caylent, told Channel Insider.
“It puts us in co-sell conversations earlier and gives our delivery teams access to resources that directly accelerate client work. At the end of the day, what drives us is getting Claude into production in ways that move the needle for our customers,” Cutler continued.
At the top sits Global Premier, reserved for firms with at least 1,000 certified individuals, 100 deployed customers spanning three or more regions, 15 public customer stories, and a jointly developed business plan with Anthropic.
“Every firm is measured against the same requirements, whether it’s a ten-person AI-native shop or a global consultancy,” Anthropic explained. The company added that partner status will be reviewed regularly, with promotions scheduled twice annually and an additional review set for Oct. 2026.
Claude Partner Hub offers visibility for customers and partners
Alongside the Services Track, Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Hub, a portal designed to provide greater transparency for partners and customers alike.
Partners can view their progress toward higher tiers through daily-updated dashboards, while customers can search a public directory that shows each firm’s certification levels, production deployments, and published customer references.
The company is also introducing a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that links the Partner Hub directly with Claude.
Anthropic said partners will be able to ask Claude questions about certification status, registered deals, and advancement requirements without leaving the AI assistant. The goal, according to the company, is to make partnership information more accessible and actionable inside Claude itself.
Anthropic continues to build momentum
The announcement arrives just days after Anthropic confidentially filed for an initial public offering. Anthropic executives framed the partner expansion as part of a larger effort to demonstrate long-term business maturity and scalable enterprise operations.
Anthropic said the program remains free to join, with new applicants entering at the Registered level before advancing toward Select and higher tiers.
The company also plans to introduce industry-specific specializations and additional rewards tied to customer deployments in the future.
